Q. Can I have multiple ink colors in my design?

A. Yes you can, any additional color will be charged a screen fee of $15.00

Q. Do I have to get all the same color garment?

A. You can get multiple color garments (t-shirts, tote bags, towels, etc...) within the same order as long as the ink color and design remain the same.  If you want to change the ink color, there will be an $8 fee per ink color change.

Q. Can I get a T-shirt sample of your design?

A. Yes, we can provide a sampler package or screen sample of your design. Screen samples of your design or any mailed sampler package will be a charge of $15.00

Q. How long will it take to receive your order?

A. Turnaround time will be 10 business days after approved artwork and  deposit has been made. Orders that need to be shipped will be shipped on the 10th day. Delivery time varies depending on your location. 

Q. How much does it cost for K and J Running to design my artwork?

A. There are no art fees for simple and in house designs.  For complex art work designs there will be a charge of $49.99.  We accept customer artwork as long as they are art ready.  Artwork should be in a eps, jpg or pdf. We know some of you all are not artist and use Microsoft word we can except some via that medium but keep in mind you may be charge and art charge to make the image art ready. Any artwork designed from another website that is not art ready and you would like us to duplicate or recreate  will incur an art charge

Q. Do you have free shipping?

A. At this time we do not offer free shipping. We ship via UPS. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping will incur additional charges.

Q. Rush Order

A. Orders that are needed within 3 days or less will incur a $60.00 Rush order fee

Q. Is there a minimum order and can I order less than the minimum? 

A. Minimum order on all products is 12 items, ordering less than the minimum will be charged at a higher rate.  

Q. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

A. On all orders that we ship out you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking # and details of your shipment. In the case of no e-mail available we will call with tracking # and details of the shipment.

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. Payments can be made in the form of credit card/debit card via Paypal, check, money order or cash when delivered to local customers. $25.00 service charge on all return checks

Q. Is there a Deposit?

A. A 50% deposit is required on all orders upon approval of the design. Balance will be due at time of delivery. For out of area deliveries, balance will be due before product is sent out.

Q. Do you offer youth sizes?

A. Yes we do offer youth sizes youth small (6/8), youth medium (10-12)  youth large (14-16). Some colors for size 6 month, 12 month, 18 month 2T, 3T, and 4T.

Q. Do you offer 2X, 3X, 4X etc. shirt size?

A. Yes we can offer up to size 6X on some of the garment sizes, Sizes 4X and up the color may not match exactly

Q. Can I reorder more shirts at a later date?

A. We keep artwork on file indefinitely, however the screen will be reclaimed after 6 months unless you advise that you will make routine reorders of your design

Q. Can I have my name on the Back of the Shirt?

A. Yes you can, the cost is $4.50 per name.
